在稻城亞丁有經過理塘，康定，香格里拉鄉，日瓦，西出扎多山，瀘定橋，磨西鎮，etc。
稻城是在3700米高原。爬牛奶海和五色海時會去到5100米高原。
爬牛奶海的路是10公里。前面5公里可以租盧子或人橋。但后面的5公里只靠自己的脚爬。
因爲稻城亞丁在高原，氧氣比較薄，很多人會帶氧氣管上山。
到了五色海，建議在上面坐坐。它的花浪給萬花筒更美。

Daocheng Yading, the “Heaven of Photographer”, is a county of western Sichuan Province, China.
7 days tour included Xinduqiao, Litang, Daocheng, Yading, Litang, Kangding, and stopped by Red Grassland, Aspen Tree Park, and Haizi Mountain for photos.
Daocheng Yading is on the highland; the lowest altitude is approx. ~3300 meters. While hiking up to Milk Sea and Five-Color Sea, the altitude is as high as 5100 meters (15300 ft). The hiking trip is 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) round trip. The first 5 kilometers can be ride on a horse or carry by a carrier. However, the last 5 kilometers only hike by foot. Because the place on a highland, some people carry a few bottles of portable oxygen with them.
When arriving at the Five-Color Sea, take a sit and rest for some minutes. The waves are more beautiful than the kaleidoscope.
